Overview
The Content Catalog is a graphical interface on the Personalization dashboard that allows retailers to manage the content that they have supplied.
One centralized dashboard allows you to create, manage and deliver personalized campaigns across any channels like desktop, phones, tablets, call centers, emails, and in-store.
Content Catalog
To access the Content Catalog, on the Omnichannel Personalization dashboard, go to Content > Content Catalog.
Using it, retailers can view, edit, copy, and delete content, as well as adding and removing tags from content. Used tags are added to the list on the right-hand side so that the content can be filtered by tag to navigate quickly and efficiently to content.
Content is saved in the system as text and URLs; no image data is saved in the system. That means that if the client edits the image data on their servers, it will be reflected immediately in content placements.
